Half Door Protection Plates

Door plates / crash plates are customarily double height of a standard kick plates, and used for high foot traffic and wheeled traffic areas. Metal door plates are perfect for protecting a door from severe damage by offering half height protection of a UK standard door.

Although we can offer doorplates in all materials, thicknesses and styles, we would recommend, due to their purpose, they are manufactured from stainless steel or chequer plate to offer maximum benefit.

At Constant Engineering we can offer bespoke designs and shapes for the door plates, especially to accommodate windows/ vision panels.

Product Description

Applications

These style of kick plates are used for maximum door protection in high-impact and high footfall areas for items such as stretchers, wheel chairs, wheeled cabinets. As well as this, they are commonly installed in high volume traffic areas such as; supermarkets, retail centres, airports, train stations and underground passages, all areas prone to suitcase and trolley damage alike.
